United Cultural Association of Artistes for Peace

(UCAAP)

UCAAP is proceeding with a mission to contribute to Peace and happiness of the people through the power of Art & Culture. We are determined to learn and grow by focussing on fusing the different cultural elements, collaborating with various artists of different genres to create art that has a wider reach and is a result of contributive energy of people of different backgrounds. Shamit believes that engaging in this way and celebrating people's different backgrounds is the direct way to happiness and peace.

Shamit Tyagi has founded an Indian Classical Choir, "Artistes for Peace" and has fused it with Indian-western musical elements. Choir formation is quite challenging but a unique concept in today's India.
